Snowville Creamery Milk

Snowville Creamery was formed in response to a lack of truly fresh, local dairy products. Their concept is to provide particularly wholesome and fresh milk from grass-grazing cows for retail sale in local markets, minimizing the distribution chain. Their milk is bottled on the farm and delivered within 48 hours.

Snowville's fresh milk is produced without the use of rbST (artificial bovine growth hormones). The milk is not homogenized so the cream rises to the top. You can skim the cream for a special treat or shake well before pouring.
